When will my order be delivered?

I will deliver your order on time or early. Standard delivery with no extras selected is within 48hrs. For super fast or urgent requests, delivery within 4-5 hours is $30.

What is the commercial use license, and do I need to purchase the commercial use extra?

The commercial use license is required if your project is for for-profit business. If your project meets this criteria then yes, you do need to purchase this extra.

Can you sync your voice over to my video or timed script?

I can provide a timed audio file according to your video or timed script. However I do not place the audio onto the video. Please note that the syncing fee is $15 per minute.

Are free revisions included in your gig?

If I make a pronunciation mistake with your script, or if I accidentally edit something out or miss a line, I will do a free revision. If you change your script or the style you want the voice over after it has been recorded, then you incur an extra $30 fee for up to 200 words.

Do I need to provide pronunciation of names, etc?

Yes, please specify pronunciation of names or words that are not common, as mispronounced names will require that you buy a new gig as I do not offer free revisions. You can record and send an audio file with the pronunciation or provide me with the phonetic breakdown of the name or word.

Do you have any samples I can listen to?

Why should I contact you first for a quote and availability for orders larger than 600 words?

Because if the word count is over 600 words and I have large orders to fulfill it may be difficult to deliver your order in time. Also my rate be subject to change. The longer the script, the more time and effort it takes to edit and deliver a high quality voice over.

Do you provide custom auditions?

Due to the very low prices on Fiverr I do not provide custom samples unless the price of the project is over $125.
