Can I get a revision or modification?
Yes, if I make a mistake, I will fix it for free. However, creative changes like tone or script changes are not considered mistakes and do not qualify for free revisions. Those type of revisions will be charged a revision fee. Please be detailed and if possible, send samples with your order.

How fast can I get my order?
Normal delivery time is 24 hours. You can expedite your Delivery by choosing 12 hour delivery or ASAP 1 hour delivery. Please contact me before ordering if you need anything faster than 24 hours.
What type of File will be delivered?
You will receive HQ WAV files by default. I also can give you an MP3 or any other file type of your choosing. There is no additional charge for an HQ WAV file.
Are live directed sessions available and are they necessary?

Can you do video and audio mixing.
Yes. Although this gig is strictly for voice work, in addition to audio engineering I am also a video editor. For the sole purpose of this gig, I will ONLY mix your audio with your video in the format of your choosing which can save you time and money. NOT full video editing. Please see Gig extras.
What is the usage for Social Media Rights?
These rights are for any use on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc. It also includes crowdfunding. YouTube and Digital Broadcast is not considered social media and falls under Broadcast Rights. Please see the Broadcast Rights package. Internal rights are also included.
What is the usage for Broadcast Rights?
Broadcast rights are for any usage that is paid or non paid and / or advertising to a broad audience. This includes YouTube, streaming, public venues, podcasts, indie games & animation. For TV, Radio & AAA Titles, contact me for usage rates as they differ and are based on GVAA Rates. Thank you.

It was an ok voice over. Wasn’t exactly like i wanted.
I would prefer someone that would get it the way I want it to sound and not charge fees to revise it until I like it. I paid to get it delivered within 12 hours and I got it 14 hours later.

It was important for the project that we used a voiceover talent that not only had the right sound but also understood what we were trying to accomplish which can be difficult to do through only text.
