Hi, I’m Lauren Goode and I will happily record a 250 word voice over script for you in my authentic American accent starting at $50.

The basic gig price includes projects that are meant for internal & educational purposes only; all projects utilizing my voice for marketing, advertisement, promotion, or investment will require one of the usage licenses.

FAQ

What vocal styles do you perform?

Long gone are the days of the “booming announcer” Successful VO is genuine and based on context. Clients generally describe my natural voice as “friendly-yet-authoritative.” We can work together to find the right balance of intensity, smoothness, warmth, corporate or casual to engage the audience.

How fast is your turn around time?

Depending on my other client work loads, I generally turn projects around in the same day. I set the standard delivery as 2-3 days for this reason, but if you need the work done ASAP, simply upgrade to a faster delivery and you will have your file! I will always contact you if there is a problem

Will you re-record the script?

I will make sure that we are both on the same page of how you want the delivery before I start recording. If after the project is complete I need to update a word or 2 or fix a mistake, that is never a problem. If you need to completely change the script or delivery style, this will be an extra fee

What type of content will you narrate?

I have voiced cartoons, video games, training and explainer videos, commercials, voice mail systems, business presentations and just about every type of digital or broadcast media you can imagine. The only content I will NOT record: Yelling, Robo Calls, Political, Erotic, or Abusive/ Hate speech.

Do I need to purchase commercial, business, or broadcast rights?

The basic gig covers all material that is intended for internal or educational use. (Phone systems, voice mail greetings, eLearning, software tutorials, etc). Any project that will be used for sales, promotion, ads, DOES require the purchase of a license for the rights to use.

Can you add music?

If you have a music track that you have the rights to use, I am more than happy to mix it in for you. I do not deal with licensing for music tracks.

What accents can you do?

My preference for long form narration is my own natural (neutral American) dialect. However for characters, or short form dialogue, I do southern (I am actually a native Texan), Midwestern (I have been a Chicagoan for 12 years), British (RP or North), Canadian, Russian, and will research others

Do you have any type of guarantee?

I am a collaborative artist and love working with clients to tell the story that will engage their audience. Most of the time that clients are unhappy with their VO is because expectations were not clearly communicated. We won’t let that happen! Just message me! 🙂
