What information do you need from me when inquiring about a custom order?

1) What is the word count of the script?
2) Where will the voice over be used (e.g. website, YouTube, social media,
radio/tv)?
3) What’s your turnaround time?
4) Do you require timed audio sync (does the VO need to fit within
time stamps/be timed to an existing video)?

How much will my project cost?

Please enter the total word count of your script in the “Number of Words” field of my gig. Then press the “Continue” button and add any necessary gig extras. A price summary will appear. Please note you won’t be charged until you click the “Continue to Checkout” button.

What’s included in your basic gig?

My basic gig includes 100 words, one revision, and a HQ (wav) audio file for $20. Anything beyond this will cost extra.

What are gig “extras”?

Gig “extras” are anything beyond what’s included in my basic gig. It’s important to go through my list of extras when you’re purchasing my gig to arrive at an accurate price. If you forget to add an extra or need one later, I can always add it onto the pre-existing order.

What are commercial rights and when do I need to purchase them?

Commercial rights need to be purchased if you intend to use my voice over for promoting your product or service in non-paid marketing channels (e.g. social networks, YouTube, a company website, or a podcast intro/outro). If you’re not sure, just ask and I’ll let you know.

What are full broadcast rights and when do I need to purchase them?

Full broadcast rights need to be purchased if you intend to use my voice over for advertising your product or service in paid broadcasting channels like Radio or TV.

Do you write scripts too?

Unfortunately at this point I just provide voice overs. I will need an approved script to proceed.

Do you speak any other languages besides English?

I wish I did, but English is the only language I speak.

What do you consider a revision? What if I need one after the order closes?

A revision would include any minor changes to a script. A complete re-record is not a revision. I charge $20 for each revision beyond the minor revision included in my basic gig package. If you need any further revisions after the order is marked as complete, it will be an additional $20.
