FAQ

Can you set up my voicemail for me?

I only record and send you a file of the audio for your voicemail and then it is up to you to set it up into your phone system.

How do I upload my voicemail?

I simply record voice overs for voicemail systems. I do not involve myself in the upload process for the voicemails I record.

What information will you need from me?

I require a text script in final version form, and the correct pronunciations of any unusual names or words. Pronunciations may be provided in written form or in a sound file attachment. Also, please let me know if you would like the voice over delivered with a certain tone, pacing or style.

How can I help you pronounce unusual words, names, abbreviations and acronyms?

Please make sure the correct pronunciations are in the script, even if you think I already know them. For abbreviations, put dashes in between the characters, such as A-B-C. For acronyms, write the acronym followed by the pronunciation in parentheses…example: HIPAA (pronounced as Hippa).

How do I order? Do I need to ask you for a custom offer?

If your script is 2000 words or less, you do not have to ask me for a custom offer. You can simply place your order by entering your word count and placing your gig. If your order will be 2000 words or more, please contact me and request a custom offer.

When will you deliver?

Standard delivery is 1-2 days of receiving your order. Each additional 250 words will add 1 day to the delivery. I will require more time for larger orders. For an additional $10, I will deliver within 24 hours for scripts 500 words or less.

What are your rates?

For your first $10, you get 50 words, any additional gigs after that will be $5 per 25 words. For scripts of more than 2000 words, please send me a message for a custom offer.

Do you offer free revisions?

Yes, I offer 1 free revision with each of my orders. This can be the revising of a clear mistake (such as a mispronunciation) or a stylistic change. To request further revisions, you will need to order the gig extra “additional revisions”.
