When will you deliver my order?

I deliver in 24 hours or less for most orders. If your script has a large word count or additional extras are added this may increase the delivery time.

What is your revision policy?

If there is a mistake on my part, I will correct it until you’re satisfied with no additional charges. If there are changes to the script once the voice-over has been completed, a revision fee will be added for the additional work.

What voice styles can you provide?

My natural voice is a neutral American accent. I am adaptable and can find the voice your project needs whether that be deep, calm and confident, quick excited and sales orientated or even a more animated character voice with specific quirks. I have done it all.

What are Commercial Rights?

If you are intending to use the voice over for any non-personal or ANY business-related purposes (including monetized YouTube videos), you will need to purchase Commercial Rights extra. More information on commercial rights can be found at: https://www.fiverr.com/terms_of_service#ownership

What are Broadcast Rights?

If you are intending to use the voice over in radio, television,film and internet commercials, you will need to buy Broadcast Rights extra. More info can be found here: https://www.fiverr.com/terms_of_service#ownership. Please note you will also need commercial rights if this is for commercial use.

What audio format will the voice over be delivered in?

I always deliver in the highest quality WAV format. This ensures you get the highest fidelity file to work with on your project. If needed I can also deliver in MP3 format for a smaller easier file to work with, please ask for this if you’d prefer.

What Time Zone are you located in?

I live near Niagara Falls, Canada and so I am in the Eastern Standard Time Zone (EST).

Do you create videos?

I do not create videos, all of my deliveries are audio-only. I do offer audio sync to videos as an extra however.
